About the role The Content Specialist in Learning and Development will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training materials and programs. This role involves working closely with local Learning & Development (L&D) specialists who will tailor training content to meet local needs while aligning with the global framework. The Content Specialist will design and implement learning programs that support business objectives and promote employee growth across various regions..
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops that are adaptable for local implementation. Program Design: Design learning programs tailored to business needs, ensuring they support the professional development and skill enhancement of employees. Framework Development: Establish and maintain a global training framework that aligns with organizational goals and allows for local customization. Collaboration: Work with local L&D specialists to adapt content for specific cultural and operational contexts. Assessment and Evaluation: Implement tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in instructional design and learning technologies to enhance training offerings. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and department heads, to ensure training programs meet organizational needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in content development or instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting. Proficiency in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
