If you are passionate about education and aspire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and teenagers, then this is your opportunity to be part of the Brave Generation Academy team!Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for all contacts interested in BGA: address questions and provide detailed information about BGA via email, WhatsApp, text messages, phone calls, and individual online/physical meetings.Coordinates visits and trial days to our locations.Maintains communication with all Staff via Teams channels.Inform parents of news and changes promptly.Guides leads through the admissions process to ensure: a) a smooth experience and b) leads have a good understanding of BGA before the enrolment.Provide customer support to clients after the enrolment, such as addressing further questions and assisting with any possible transfer of locations or curricula/programmes.Requirements:Hold a university degree.Excellent ability with English and Portuguese, facilitating effective communication.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proactive, innovative, and eager to propose new ideas.Knowledge of Moodle and MicrosoftRole Details:Position: Type: Full-time.Location: On-site, fostering immersion in the learning environment.We look forward to further discussing your qualifications and potential contributions to our team.
