Lean Production System.

Req ID Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal We are looking for a new colleague as Lean Production System in Vila Nova de Cerveira, Portugal Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables • Supports ZF Production System activities at production centers (implementation and application of Lean principles); • Responsible for leading/supporting OP preparation of CIS activities, and all management of CIS projects; • Facilitates/leads/coordinates workshops and trainings; • Lead continuous improvement activities, tips process; • Supports the plant in the implementation of digitalization projects, lessons learned; • Responsible for training all employees in the tools and methods for implementing ZF PS; • Reporting of Lean management related indicators (OEE, TEEP, SS, CIS,...); Required skills and experience / main competencies • Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or similar (with knowledge in Lean tools, Kaisen methodologies, 6 Sigma); • Experience in the industrial environment • Experience in Lean methodologies (preferred) • Mandatory fluency in English Values • Training 6 Sigma • Finance knowledge for non-financial • Trainer Training Certificate • Computer knowledge Word processing and spreadsheet, SAP, Power-bi • Travel readiness Why you should choose ZF? • You will work in a varied, innovative work environment, in an International team; • Full of challenges and high-level professional activities; • Competitive compensation and benefits; • Continuous learning opportunities; • Flexible working hours.
