Lean Product And Process Development (Lppd) Professional Internship (M/F/D)

The Lean Product and Process Development (LPPD) Intern is designed to provide hands-on experience with engineering professionals from the perspective of a Tier-One Automotive Supplier. The internship will provide individuals with exposure to the lean product development process. Responsibilities:Creation of documentation for Lean Product and Process Development (LPPD) and active participation in LPPD meetingsSupport on LPPD workshops preparationSupport of design, performing and documenting LPPDSupport on new LPPD tools – Bottleneck elimination   - SW development supportSupport on Data collection and Best Practices for LPPD developmentSupport in LPPD continuous improvement processSupport on synchronization between LPPD and operation excellenceQualifications Or Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field (preferred Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer)Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g. Lean Line Design, Value Stream, )knowledge of line production environment in the automobile industry (valued)Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required.Good English language skills (spoken and written)IT user skills
