Start your future with BorgWarner now!Responsibilities:Creation of documentation for Lean Product and Process Development (LPPD) and active participation in LPPD meetings.Support on LPPD workshops preparation.Support of design, performing and documenting LPPD.Support on new LPPD tools – Bottleneck elimination - SW development support.Support on Data collection and Best Practices for LPPD development.Support in LPPD continuous improvement process.Support on synchronization between LPPD and operation excellence.Qualifications or Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field (preferred Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer).Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (e.G. Lean Line Design, Value Stream).Knowledge of line production environment in the automobile industry (valued).Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required.Good English language skills (spoken and written).IT user skills.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
