Lean Industrial Design Manager

Job Overview What your background should look like: The ideal candidate will have/be:
Education level: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE: At least 7 years of experience, including Programs, Manufacturing Engineering, TEOA or Production.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Leadership skills
Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving skills
Decision Making, Networking, Communication, Computer, and Interpersonal Skills
Must be able to work effectively at various levels of the organization and with external partners or vendors
Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management
Problem solving & Conflict Management skills, Customer focus
Lean Manufacturing: Line concept in One piece flow, Plant lay-out for flow, SMED and batch size optimization, KANBAN Pull System, Production System with fixed batch replenishment, KAIZEN workshop, Standardized Work
Practical knowledge of APQP functions, continuous improvement, and analytical and action planning tools
Understanding Finance Basics: Costing, Investments, plant P&L
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
