Lead Ux/Ui Designer

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to define and deliver new features; taking user research to create customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You'll be working with a team of experienced developers, data scientists and designers solving interesting challenges with a competitive salary.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and brainstorm clear ideas, concepts and designs for how our dashboards will function across multiple devicesTranslate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engagingDesign and prototype a responsive and adaptive component libraryIntegrate with the design and front end development teams to deliver prototypesIdentify and troubleshoot UX problemsTake a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designsCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersRequirementsMinimum 5 years of UX Design experiencePrior experience as a design team leadPortfolioPreference will be given to candidates who have experience with design systems/reusable component librariesExpertise in standard UX software such as Figma or Sketch is a must.Experience using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first, responsive design and accessibility.Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.Collaboration skills to work alongside design, research, and product partnersDegree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.Nice to haveExperience in data visualization design as a Product DesignerBasic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plusNext StepsInterested in the vacancy?
