As a Lead User Experience Designer, you would work closely with our team of experts, leading product design engagements with your exceptional design strategy, planning skills and user-centric approach to creating cutting-edge applications that solve real-world problems for our telecom and enterprise customers. Your experience with product design and development and knowledge of design best practices will help us achieve innovation, consistency, and scalability across our product line, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
We are looking for a Lead User Experience Designer to help us create innovative solutions for our products.
As part of the team, you will:
Drive product UX strategy and vision, quality, and UX deliverables.
Work alongside and mentor design colleagues, continually elevating our design practice and quality of experiences.
Follow established Nokia design system patterns while expanding the system throughout product evolution.
Organize a team of designers to produce storyboards, prototypes and design documentation to communicate the desired user experience effectively.
Ensure designers understand the product purpose, requirements, and domain to independently solve user and business goals using user-centered design methodologies.
Collect and synthesize feedback from researchers, end users and stakeholders.
Use data to identify areas of improvement and differentiation.
Work with architects and developers to ensure the quality implementation of designs.
Possess excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Skillfully present your team's designs to stakeholders for review and feedback.

Key Skills And Experience
You have:
7+ years of relevant experience and a design portfolio.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in user centered design, human computer interaction, graphic design, industrial design or equivalent.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, and Jira.
Deep experience driving and applying user-centered design processes while working with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and marketing.
It would be nice if you also had:
Experience in systems thinking or using a design system.
The ability to conduct user research.
Experience designing complex B2B enterprise applications.
