For which tasks (responsibilities)? As a Lead UI/UX Designer , your primary role will involve gathering and interpreting user insights to craft engaging experiences. You'll design functional and visually appealing features aimed at enhancing user experience and satisfaction. You'll oversee and guide our internal UX/UI team throughout the product development process. Collaborating with your colleagues, you'll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, and final features.
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with our primary market users, enabling you to engage with them confidently when needed. Your involvement in different projects will be needed.
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide internal UX/UI team;
Take ownership of designing and producing deliverables for mobile games or apps, covering every stage from initial exploration to final delivery;
Work closely with feature owners, project managers, developers, game designers, and other team members to transform established creative concepts into assets ready for production;
Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring consistent performance and strong attention to detail;
Ensure the final design meets specs;
Develop an efficient process to facilitate teamwork and communication across various departments.
What kind of professional are we looking for? More than 3 years of commercial Interface Design experience as a Lead UX/UI designer ;
Strong knowledge of UI/UX (visual, interaction, information architecture). Ability to design mobile game interfaces from scratch;
Experience with Figma and Photoshop is required (experience with Unity is a plus);
Strong 2D art and illustration skills;
Proficiency in creating clear and aesthetically pleasing icons;
Strong knowledge of how to use animation and effects to enhance the user interface.
