Job Description The Lead Task Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy. This role also involves mentoring and guiding other developers, ensuring adoption of best practices and coding standards.
Will be part of the Task Automation team that integrates Business Automation and operates under the concept of Hyperautomation (Service & Automation practice).
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of UIPath automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of UIPath developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document automation requirements.
Ensure the quality and efficiency of automations through code reviews and best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UIPath automation.
Stay updated with the latest UIPath features, tools, and best practices.
You will be reporting to the Task Automation Lead.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in RPA development using UiPath.
Experience in leading automation projects and managing a team.
Strong knowledge of RPA technologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
