We are now looking for a Lead Solution Architect to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
What will you be doing?
The Solution Architect is responsible for the design, discovery, and implementation directives of the AxiomSL solutions within the boundaries of the project plan according to specified client requirements. You will build and maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day advice and support to clients and project teams comprising Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Analysts. You will maintain high expertise of the AxiomSL solution and platform, control risks and scope of work, and ensure that project teams have a clear understanding of client requirements and implementation best practices. You will promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identify professional services opportunities, and provide presales support to the sales and portfolio directors.
Typically, the Solutions Architect leads medium-sized project teams (with 6+ members), allocating work and communicating persuasively. You will bring your experience, thought leadership, and efficiencies into AxiomSL implementation projects for rapid deployment of solutions at client on-prem or Cloud environments. In addition to this, you will define team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed based on in-depth knowledge in AxiomSL solutions and experience of prior implementations as well as deliver functional and technical documentation for the client deliverables and internal handover to support teams.
Responsibilities include (among others):
Lead the client requirement discovery and data analysis workshops.
Define the data strategy for positional, transactional, and master data for reporting requirements.
Design client data harmonization and data quality check requirements.
Explain technical issues and solution strategies to client stakeholders.
What are we expecting?
Around 10+ years of FinTech or Banking experience, working within a technology change management team.
Proven understanding of the Nasdaq's AxiomSL solutions, and hands-on experience of development and implementation.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Multilingual skills to work with a range of EMEA clients, especially French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player with the ability to mentor and support a project team mixed of Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Analysts.
Master's degree in technology, finance, or a related field preferred.
