Lead Simulation Engineer

Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives us to seek a talented Lead Simulation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a new team of structural and thermal simulation engineers to ensure the structural and thermal integrity of our products and conduct research and development on materials to enhance their performance and durability. You will also be responsible to validate our initial concepts through simulation. What will be your responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of simulation engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment; Support the prototypingprocess by creating accurate simulation models; Address and resolve mechanical design challenges through innovative solutions and continuous improvement; Perform structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and safety of our products under various conditions; Develop and refine 1-D and 3-D simulation methods for evaluating thermal performance, safety, and reliability of our products; Conduct research on newmaterials and technologies to improve product performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness; Develop and implement testing protocols to validate material properties and structural performance; Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimize product designs and material efficiency; Ensure that all products meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements; Maintain thorough documentation of all research, analysis, and testing processes; Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance product performance and extend product life cycles
