At Mindera, we craft software with people we love, and we're looking for a Lead Engineer - with Shift Left experience to join our talented team! In this role, you will champion the 'Shift Left' philosophy, implementing practices and strategies that enhance quality and efficiency from the early stages of the software development lifecycle.
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for driving best practices in quality assurance, continuous integration, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the team in adopting testing strategies that identify and resolve issues early. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence while mentoring other engineers to elevate their skills.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role in software development.Strong expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.Experience with languages and frameworks such as .net, Java.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for mentoring others.Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.Experience in cloud technologies would be a plus.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor engineers to implement Shift Left testing strategies that enhance software quality.Design and implement automated testing solutions to enable swift feedback loops.Collaborate with development and QA teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.Drive the adoption of continuous integration and deployment processes.Analyze and improve existing processes related to testing and quality assurance.Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices in testing and quality.Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and influence project outcomes.Encouraging a focus on quality, performance, and security as part of the software delivery process.
