What we're looking for As Project Manager for Warehouse Management Systems Implementation, you are primarily responsible for delivering a large-scale company-wide full-cycle project of WMS implementation, replacing the current in-house developed solution in the warehouses operated by Autodoc. Responsibilities Direct responsibility for management of a full-cycle project of WMS implementation across all warehouses of Autodoc, from project initiation and project charter setup till go-live and post go-live stabilization. Developing and executing project plans, including master project plan and individual projects plans per warehouse. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria, including per phases. Managing an international distributed project team made of multiple internal functions/departments (operations, development, testing, implementation, etc.) and external parties (WMS vendor, vendor partners, consultants, other 3rd parties). Coordinating and managing project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution. Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues that may impact project delivery. Monitoring project budget, early identifying possible deviations, reporting and/or escalating as needed. Selecting and adapting the most suitable project management techniques for different phases and workstreams, ensuring flexibility and agility in terms of scope and timelines. Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports of various types for stakeholders, and post-project evaluations. Establishing and maintaining transparent and timely project communication through various channels and of various types, aligned with different groups of stakeholders. Leading the project from a Change Management perspective, covering functional, process, and cultural aspects, maintaining the respective culture of change directly and indirectly through the change ambassadors with the respective functional and operational teams. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 7 years of commercial project management experience. Experience in managing large, complex, transformative, and long-lasting projects, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems, including integration with complex enterprise systems
