Lead Product/Marketing Analyst

For which tasks (responsibilities)?+ Independently search for and identify peculiar insights in data, build and test hypotheses to improve sales metrics
+ Investigate changes in metrics and identify the reasons behind
+ Enrich data, formulate hypotheses, test
+ Model the effect of hypotheses on sales (correlations, retention, average check, conversion, revenue) – evaluate scale and potential uplift
+ Collect and process data, build dashboards, maintain tools and methods for collecting, processing, storing, and analyzing data, write reports with data visualizations, etc
What kind of professional are we looking for?+ Ability to work with the Facebook API; experience with Zapier and TikTok API is a plus
+ At least 2 years of experience as an analyst
+ Experience conducting marketing experiments and analyzing results
+ Knowledge of SQL, Python, BigQuery
+ Knowledge and ability to use Google Analytics
+ Knowledge of statistical analysis methods for conducting and analyzing A/B tests
+ Understanding of unit economics (CPC, CPA, CPO, CAC, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.)
+ Understanding the principles of performance marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads (a plus)
+ Familiarity with any BI systems: Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Klipfolio, DataBox
+ Experience with e-commerce analysis is desirable
+ Understanding of various attribution models is a plus
+ A degree in mathematics or technical fields is a plus
