BetterTasksLead and mentor a group of product managers, providing guidance and support in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges. Champion a- centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Drive the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track products performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with- functional team leads, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company objectives. Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that the products meet the business needs and expectations. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a product management leadership role. Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to the market. Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a- driven approach to- making. Creative- solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a- paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Fluency in English (mandatory). Fluency in Portuguese (highly appreciated).
