That's where you come in: we're hiring a diverse set of designers to join our growing Research & Design (R&D) team. About the role We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to work on new projects focusing on the future of our product in collaboration with other departments (PD, Research, Eng). You will need to be comfortable working in ambiguity, solving problems, and utilizing exemplary UI skills while ensuring design scales within the organization. You will be working with a small, focused team that collaborates openly, so transparent communication and the ability to share & present your work is critical. We are looking for a designer that cares about how something feels as much as how it looks, with both playing a critical part in creating a cohesive customer experience. This role would not suit a designer that is used to working on iterative features but is more suited to one that is passionate about working across the end-to-end experience. What you'll bring A portfolio of great work: Showcase web or mobile projects where you solved complex design challenges and created user-friendly experiences. 7+ Years of Product Design: Minimum of 7 years in product design (UX/UI) with strong technical skills in Figma and prototyping tools. Collaborative at your core: Proven track record of successful collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers. Strategic Design Thinking: Ability to identify efficient paths toward desired outcomes through design thinking. A visual eye: Strong sense of visual design, layout, color, typography, and iconography. Open to Diverse Perspectives: Strong opinions, loosely held, welcoming constructive feedback.
