What are you working on? The name of the project(s): Lead/ Principal Combat Designer At what stage of the project(s)? production Genres: Action, Adventure Platforms: PC, Console Team size and structure?100+
For which tasks (responsibilities)? Develop and maintain vision and direction for enemies. Oversee the design of enemies and combat systems. Ensure that it aligns with the creative vision and meets the needs of the target audience;
Lead and mentor a team of Combat and AI designers, providing guidance and feedback, using your extensive technical and design knowledge;
Pitch new enemy archetypes and boss fights that fit the vision of the game. Prototype enemy behaviors and abilities;
Assist in creation of planning documentation and roadmaps;
Drive iterative work on enemies to improve and refine the final experience with all involved departments;
As needed, help with creation of design documentation on enemies, bosses, and AI features. Help other designers with behavior trees, EQS, and Blueprint scripts;
Work with Level Designers: evangelize AI features and enemies, help Level Designers with combat encounters.
What kind of professional are we looking for?5+ years of experience, desirable with at least one shipped title in the role of Combat Designer or AI Game Designer; 
Understanding of the role of Enemies in creating engaging gameplay loops in survival horror games;
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and analyze gameplay systems;
English Proficiency: at least an Upper Intermediate level is required. 
Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to effectively convey ideas to the team.
Desirable, but not required: Passion for and deep understanding of survival horror games;
Experience working on survival horror or 3rd person action projects;
Technical proficiency in Unreal Engine and a strong background in AI systems.
