Be at the forefront of data-driven insights at Squarespace. Join our People Analytics team as a Lead Data Analyst, where your products will empower leaders and support People programs and organisational strategies. Through optimising our data warehouse, creating impactful dashboards, and transforming insights into action, your expertise will influence our global growth and operational excellence.You will combine the technical aspects of a data engineer, the high-level analytical skills of an analyst, and the business acumen of a consultant. As the Lead Analyst on the team, you'll serve as a full-stack data advisor to the function and the Looker expert within the team.You will be hybrid in our Dublin office twice a week and you will report into the Manager of People Analytics.You'll Get To…Design and develop and maintain our HR data warehouse on GCP and BigQuery, ensuring robust, scalable systems and high efficiency, high performance builds.Lead the ETL processes, including extraction and transformation of data from systems like Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring data accuracy and availability.Develop and manage impactful dashboards using Looker, providing our executive leadership team with real-time visibility into HR metrics.Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, reports, and dashboards.
