QUALIFICATIONS: PhD or Postdoc in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related field. Proven track record of driving innovation, research publication, and product introductions. Strong understanding of the supplements market, including trends, regulatory requirements, and consumer preferences. Experience in patent applications and collaboration with academic institutions. Strong leadership with an ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
