.Vestas Technology & Operations > Procurement > Procurement Insights & Analytics Department Procurement Insights & Analytics is part of the Procurement Excellence (PEX) department within Global Procurement, established to create positive change and to foster best-in-class Procurement within our Global teams. As our new Lead Analyst in Procurement Insights & Analytics, you will be part of the development of a department where you will impact the way of working and scope Procurement on a Global Scale. You will be working closely with the global and regional stakeholders in Procurement to ensure alignment of analytic solutions towards business goals while also developing initiatives to ensure world-class Procurement practices. Responsibilities Your contributions will be vital to: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices, standardized procedures, and process improvements across all procurement activities. Guiding process implementation, system implementation (with Analytics team), and ensuring change management. Working as PEX Partner for 2 of our Global Procurement module teams, ensuring implementation of PEX initiatives and taking on the role as change agent within the team. Qualifications A relevant master's degree in e.G., Business, Engineering (or mixed form of Supply Chain Management), Economics, Finance, Business Intelligence. Minimum 2 years of working experience within Procurement and/or Supply Chain. Solid analytic skills and ability to derive tangible actions from facts and data. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP BI is an advantage. Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
