We're looking for an energetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team based in Ermesinde, Greater Porto.
The Lead Generation Representative sources, qualifies, and engages companies that have an interest in our Software Development services. Research is conducted internationally on qualified businesses to identify potential leads and projects, thereafter the LGR initiates first contact with prospects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO

Research companies in the EU, UK, and US to determine fit by leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo.IO and Clearbit
Identify and prospect new potential clients
Reach out to identified prospects to gauge interest
Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
Schedule meetings with qualified leads
Sit in on meetings you've scheduled with a Sales Executive
Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline
Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy

WHAT WE NEED

Degree in Business, Languages, Communication or similar
1+ year of experience working in B2B sales, business development or similar
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
Highly organized with good time management skills
Great interpersonal competencies, communication and sales abilities
Strong computer literacy skills
Desire to work in a highly motivated sales environment and maintain composure in stressful situations

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE

IT / Hitech industry experience
Fluency in another European language (Spanish, German, Dutch)
