Your mission will be to develop new solutions as well as to provide deep technical knowledge and guidance to the team, being the one we can trust and delegate a given scope of technical authority. You will also work with the team and other stakeholders to produce meaningful, scalable and reliable technical solutions.This role and team are in Lisbon (hybrid working model). You will have the opportunity to become an expert on this unique and exciting technology that is revolutionizing the mobile world.RequirementsWhat you will do:Iterate with the customers (internal and external) and other stakeholders to determine the technical requirements and communicate them transparently to the whole business.Design and present solutions and identify the impacts, efforts and needed resources.Promote best practices for a high-scale web (or mobile) environment.Work with an agile methodology.Build and develop high impact features and contribute to the architecture design towards resiliency, scalability, security and fault tolerance.Advocate for high code quality, readability and high tests coverage.Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend tech solutions.Work towards alignment and overall continuous improvement across the company.Lead the team by example, mentor junior members when needed and contribute with meaningful reviews.What you will bring:Experience in technical leadership, develop and operate scalable and resilient systems in an effectively distributed ecosystem (telco vendor or operator experience is a plus)
