Lightning-fast Growth StartUp, we've closed 2023 with promising numbers: Managing over 350 properties (apartments, houses, hostels, guest houses, and rural tourism spaces) with 10 M€ of annual revenue, more than 40 talented people, and successfully spinning off Invest Wise and Work Wise. ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Lead Developer for Host Wise. This role manages the development team and processes from initial concept to execution. The Lead Developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional business managers at Host Wise, driving innovation, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
As the Lead Developer, you will supervise and guide a dedicated 4-member IT team, fostering their success while also taking a hands-on approach when necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 5-10 years experience At least 2 years leading IT teams Proven track record as a Project Manager Exceptional organizational skills with experience in building and implementing new processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
A natural leader who can also be hands-on when needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing a team.
Proficient in Python.
Familiarity with API architecture.
Experience with the following frameworks: Flask and Django.
PREFERRED SKILLS (Plus): Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Cloud API.
Familiarity with database systems like MySQL and Postgres.
Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
Familiarity with CRON Jobs.
