We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Data Scientist with expertise in ML (Machine Learning) in areas such as NLP (Natural Language Processing) and CV (Computer Vision) and Predictive Analytics, as well as proficiency in ML Operations (MLOps), Data Architecture and in using cloud services for deploying ML pipelines at scale. The ideal candidate will also possess strong research and analytical skills, enabling them to research, design and experiment innovative solutions that drive business growth.Required Competences: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Expertise with Python programming and Data Science related packages such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy NLTK, OpenCV/Pillow, Matplotlib/Plotly. Expertise with Deep Learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace. Experience with Python Web Frameworks, such as FastAPI, Flask or Django. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with MLOps best practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, databases, ETL processes, and data governance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferential Competences: Experience building GenAI solutions using LLMs, including using frameworks like LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Fine-tuning. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.Js in the context of solution architecture.
