As a Veeva OpenData Lead Data Operations, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of a remote team of 8 to 15 data stewardship team members. What You'll Do Lead a team of 8 to 15 Data Stewards Deliver on the team targets (quality, productivity, efficiency) Grow and develop your team Work with the Product Manager to understand the product roadmap requirements and allocate work and resources to meet project deadlines Design, document, innovate, and optimize processes to ensure best-in-class delivery of data quality and efficiency Support additional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to data stewardship Requirements 1+ years of leading and managing high-performance teams Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages used in Africa (e.G., Swahili, Amharic) is a plus Experience and understanding of Nigeria or Angola markets (preferably in the Health Care System) Process and result-oriented mindset Highly conscientious (organized, analytical, "can do" attitude) Proficiency in Windows, Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software.
