Let's Talk About You Your profile Extensive experience leading data architectures and data-related initiatives, as well as leading a data operations teamIn-depth understanding and knowledge of data acquisition, data modeling and analyticsExtensive experience in data & analytics and data architecture and at least 3 years of experience as a team leaderExtensive and in-depth knowledge of database and data warehouse modelingExperience developing streaming and batch data pipelines for cloud and hybrid infrastructuresExperience with streaming frameworks (e.g., AWS IoT stack) and hands-on experience with modern software development toolsExtensive experience in data analytics and the ability to slice and dice data as neededExperience with cloud providers in data architecture (e.g. AWS)Knowledge of data warehouses that support analytical workloadsExtensive and in-depth experience working with ETLYour Responsibilities Lead a team of data engineers focused on leveraging data and information across the SE to improve data-related operations and gain risk-related insightsDrive technical implementation and accountability for strategy and executionDetermine the scope of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for upcoming initiatives and outline the future roadmap for enhancements and potential improvementsCollaborate with data owners on planning and execution of key initiativesOversee the performance and quality of integration pipelines created in close collaboration with the data integration teamDrive architecture design and discussions with guidance from the teamsPromote data literacy towards visualization through self-service capabilities for end usersAdvocate for modern software development methodologies and champion Scrum and SAFeConduct code reviews and ensure teams adhere to appropriate standardsDocument and present methods, procedures, and project deliverables to senior stakeholders in various functionsLet's Talk About Us
