Their innovative software reconciles complex, high-volume financial and transactional data, driving transformational change for their clients.Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Project Delivery Manager/Lead Consultant to join their Projects, Delivery & Support function.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.Lead a small team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery.Gather business requirements, manage client expectations, and work closely with client stakeholders at all levels.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical capabilities of the software, bridging the gap between business analysis and technical consultancy.Leverage your business analysis skills to understand and integrate various business data sources, such as databases, financial data systems, APIs, and scripts.Ideal Person:Degree educated; Mathematics, Computer/Data Science, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Has experience in business systems and data analysis, particularly within finance, accounting, or business data environments.Demonstrates a proven track record of managing projects and delivering results in high-pressure environments.Possesses strong organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on management approach.Has excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.Desirable Skills:Formal project management experience or knowledge.Knowledge of databases and reporting tools (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle), APIs, and scripting.
