For which tasks (responsibilities)? Lead the creation and design of high-quality 2D marketing assets, including video creatives, ASO materials, illustrations, and other promotional content for the game.
Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive.
Lead and mentor the 2D marketing art team, consisting of 2D motion designers and 2D artists, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Work closely with the Creative Director's vision and feedback, and help the 2D team implement it into their work.
Provide the 2D team with relevant technical feedback on their assets and animation.
What kind of professional are we looking for? 3+ years of experience as a 2D Marketing Motion Designer in the gaming industry with a strong portfolio showcasing your projects.
1+ year of experience in a 2D Lead/Art Lead position.
Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style within a set of creatives.
Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts.
Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, shapes, volume, and color.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant tools.
Understanding of animation principles, timing, and character rigging.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (experience in Spine or other relevant tools would be a plus).
Strong understanding of Mobile F2P games market trends and Marketing Creatives production pipelines.
Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.
Fluency in English.
