Establish and maintain team management processes and routines;
Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and UI/UX specialists to conceptualize and create 2D assets that align with the game's vision and goals.
Ensure that all 2D art assets are optimized for mobile performance while maintaining visual excellence.
Maintain and uphold artistic consistency throughout the game by reviewing and refining arts based on product team feedback and project requirements.
Be involved in team members' skills development and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, integrating them into the team's workflow to push the creative boundaries.
What kind of professional are we looking for?5+ years of experience in 2D art for casual mobile games, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of artists, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Experience working with and maintaining AI tools for Art Development.
Deep understanding of current trends and best practices in casual mobile game art.
Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams to achieve a unified vision.
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in animation or motion graphics.
Familiarity with 3D modeling.
Experience designing for international audiences, with an understanding of cultural sensitivities and preferences.
