We are seeking an experienced Mid Frontend Developer specializing in OutSystems to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces in OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery Sessions: Lead sessions with internal departments to understand needs, bridging stakeholders and development teams. Propose technical strategies aligned with business goals and user-centered approaches.Design System Ownership: Take ownership of the design system, collaborating with designers to scale it as the organization grows. Ensure frontend components follow design principles and drive reusability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key voice in cross-functional teams, offering technical insights to enhance user experience and shaping the product roadmap.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices, ensuring development standards are met.Innovation & Research: Lead research and implementation of cutting-edge frontend technologies and low-code tools. Champion innovation through training and workshops.Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs efficiently.OutSystems Expertise: Utilize OutSystems to build, customize, and optimize frontend components.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and OutSystems best practices. Desired Qualifications and Skills:3+ years of experience in frontend development, with 1-2 years working on the OutSystems platform.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design principles.Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems (experience in creating design systems is a plus).Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally. Preferred Skills:OutSystems certifications (a plus).Experience testing and developing OutSystems components.Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.Main requirements
