Land Manager

R.Power is one of the fastest-growing companies on the European market of large-scale solar energy. Today, we are present throughout Poland and Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, the Netherlands, and Germany. Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Land Development Manager Responsibilities Development of industrial-scale RES projects as part of the development team;
Contact with local authorities and other public bodies;
Contact with landowners to negotiate land lease agreements, easements;
Verification of project feasibility, including land verification, environmental conditions, and spatial planning;
Gathering information and preparing necessary reports;
Maintaining good relations with landowners.
Requirements Higher education (preferably in real estate, spatial planning, environmental protection, energy);
Experience in a similar position for over 2 years;
Practical knowledge of investment process issues in the field of Administrative Law, Construction Law, Energy Law;
Practical knowledge of real estate issues;
Category B driving license;
Readiness for fieldwork.
