Land Development Manager

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Land Development Manager Responsibilities Development of industrial-scale RES projects as part of the development team; Contact with local authorities and other public bodies; Contact with landownersto negotiate land lease agreements, easements; Verification of projectfeasibility, including land verification, environmental conditions, and spatial planning; Gathering information and preparing necessary reports; Maintaining good relations with landowners. Requirements Higher education (preferably in real estate, spatial planning, environmental protection, energy); Experience in a similarposition for over 2 years; Practical knowledge of investment process issues in the field of Administrative Law, Construction Law, Energy Law; Practical knowledge of real estate issues; Category B driving license; Readiness for fieldwork.
