What you will do: Participation in land studies aimed at obtaining budget estimates within the scope of new opportunities on the Renewables Generation Assets Platform. Provision of real estate assets through cadastral activities, valuation, negotiation, acquisition, and legal regularization necessary for the construction of new generation assets or for the management, optimization, and reversion of assets in operation. Management, optimization, and updating of the land records and databases for assets in operation, integrating property and cadastral information into georeferenced information systems. Analysis and response to requests and complaints related to asset operations, including the management of indemnification processes and ongoing legal disputes. Management and supervision of rural fire risk (vegetation management) for production assets. Participation in the preparation of tender processes for the contracting of construction works and land services, and in the technical evaluation of proposals. Employment type: Full Time

What are we looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomic Engineering or related fields. Experience in land management, including land planning and organization, land valuation, property cadastral, digital cartography, and vegetation management. Knowledge of notarial, fiscal, and registration acts, as well as experience in database management, urban planning, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Proficiency in Office 365 tools, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach. Proficiency in English, with effective communication skills in professional contexts.
