You will support Content Developers on the team to maintain, and sometimes build lab steps for technical courses created and supported by that content team. Course lab steps need constant maintenance to support product, service, and UI changes.Day to day tasks include reporting bug resolution status, performing lab steps and documenting any technical issues and updating the lab based on UI or service changes and creating new labs or lab steps. You will work with the course owners to resolve issues and determine focus or areas needing improvement.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORProficient in English language (written and spoken)2+ years of experience in one of the following technical areas:1. Data & AIExperience with GitHub and MarkdownExperience working with virtual machinesExperience programming with Python and/or C#Experience with SQL and Power BINice to have skills:Familiarity with Azure AI Services APIsExperience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Spark-based data lakes2.
