We are recruiting a KYC Onboarding (f/m/d) to join our client's operation in Lisbon. Our client is a consulting company that offers management solutions, information technologies, and outsourcing to its clients. It is headquartered in Ireland with branches worldwide! Benefits: Employment contract with Kelly Services; Base salary + Meal allowance; Integration into a prominent company in the industry. What tasks does this role involve? Responsible for conducting thorough customer due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Analyze customer data to identify potential risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes; Perform enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers, including gathering additional information and conducting more in-depth investigations; Assess complex ownership structures and identify ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs); Escalate potential compliance issues to compliance senior management; Assist in preparing regulatory filings and reports. What qualifications should you have? Perform quality checks on completed analyst/senior analyst files; Provide coaching/feedback to analysts on both individual cases & wider process challenges/ changes; Act as an escalation point for project - providing clear and concise guidance in line with agreed project policies/procedures; Provide KYC SME guidance to Analysts / Senior Analysts; Identify / escalate process gaps / issues and work with QC/Process team to rectify; Within QC team, act as a decision maker in reviewing Quality Control process/policy for remediation; Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
