Wir freuen uns auf Deine Bewerbung.  DO WHAT YOU LOVE: Du beantwortest alle eingehenden Kundenanfragen vor, während und nach der Buchung per E-Mail sowie am Telefon und kümmerst Dich um die Beantwortung von Reklamationen.
Du sammelst das Feedback unserer Kunden, unterstützt so den Erfolg von SIXT und bringst gerne Verbesserungsvorschläge ein.

Qualifications COME AS YOU ARE: Du bist so wie wir – sympathisch und hochmotiviert Du sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch (Niveau B2 oder höher)  Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden gesammelt und hervorragender Service ist für dich selbstverständlich Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Partnern und Kunden und verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Empathie Du kannst sehr schnell auf neue Sachverhalte reagieren und bringst gute Problemanalyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit Schicht- und Wochenenddienste sind für Dich kein Problem Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und gängiger Software (Microsoft Office) Du verlierst nie den Überblick und das Ziel aus den Augen, auch wenn´s mal etwas hektisch wird Du bist proaktiv und nimmst den Hörer in die Hand Additional Information Working at SIXT not only means creating the future of mobility, but also offers personal benefits.
