About the job As a safety content writer you will:
Identify language patterns
Rewrite and improve AI generated responses, adhering to safety categories that might include sensitive content e.g., sexual content, violent crime, drugs or alcohol and others
Recognise patterns and meaning from composition of words of assigned language
Process information to perform the task and to incorporate editorial review when applicable
Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when needed.
You speak Korean at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderator or expert AI teachers.
Minimum Requirements:
A degree in a related field like journalism, communications, or teaching is preferred. Experience or being comfortable working on sensitive/objectionable content.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Ability to use the specific writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
