Korean Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Mandarin speakers to be part of this project. This is an amazing opportunity to help us build this market in Europe.
You will be representing one of our clients by answering phone and email inquiries. Our client is a top market company, and the environment with the customers who call is really pleasant to work with.
Shift would be from 3PM - 12AM OR 4PM to 1AM (Portugal time).
Requirements:

Native or C1 minimum level of Korean
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
Experience in the Customer Service Industry
Minimum B2 level of English
Work visa or Portuguese residence card completed or in final stages to be delivered
Great communication skills, commitment, and energy
Passionate and hardworking
Looking for a long-term career
Currently living anywhere in Portugal
