Job Responsibilities
Based on the company's products, formulate a talent cooperation plan and promote its implementation on sales, profit margin, and the number of influencers.
Identify high-quality talent resources and screen and recommend them according to the company's needs.
Manage talent building, cooperation, statistics, and maintenance; manage the core user base, regularly initiate creative topic discussions, and maintain a good community atmosphere.
Participate in the influencer's operation strategy and guide influencers to contribute more high-quality content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, business, or a related field.
KOL Specialist: At least a year of experience in a similar role or relevant fields such as digital marketing, e-commerce sales, social media marketing, or influencer outreach is preferred. KOL Supervisor: At least 2-3 years of experience.
Familiar with the operation process of talents, with independent recruitment capabilities.
Clear diction, quick reflexes, and understanding of the TikTok platform.
Lively and cheerful, with good communication skills, time management skills, and a hard-working attitude.
Work Setup: Onsite
Office Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8-hour shift
