Job Description
People Safety & Security team ensures that Nokia is a safe workplace for everyone working for, or on behalf, of Nokia. We are responsible for facilitating the implementation of Nokia's safety and security standards across all of its operations including their localization to reflect local legal and business specific requirements.
Ultimately, our aim is to make sure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.
Knowledge Management (KMA) comprises the application of a multi-disciplinary approach to create, share, use, and manage Nokia's knowledge. Covers provision of strategic direction to implementing services that facilitate learning through knowledge creation and sharing. References back on the latest information systems and innovative solutions to optimise the value, use, and quality of knowledge assets.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
The Knowledge Manager is responsible for a leading-edge enterprise-wide knowledge management. Provides strategic direction, framework, and infrastructure for creating and sharing knowledge assets. Has collective responsibility and governance for designing, maintaining, and coaching knowledge communities to be self-managing. Continuously works to improve the knowledge base components, applications, and infrastructure.
Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues (e.g., independently designing knowledge communities; autonomously managing a particular knowledge base component).Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements (e.g., understanding business requirements as well as external challenges to assess if adjustments in specific knowledge management applications are needed).Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures (e.g., translating the knowledge management strategy into concrete activities and executing them).May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements (e.g., conducting a small database update and coordinating the relevant stakeholders).Will manage all the PS&S SharePoint, intranet pages to optimize and increase user experience.Will support the yearly communication plans associated with programs and initiatives related to knowledge management. Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Typically some related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
Knowledgeable in setting and managing SharePoint teams, setup and manage intranet sites and content.
Marketing knowledge and manage communication plan.
