WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You'll join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) department as part of the Knowledge Management team and you'll work with a variety of different Practices at Bain, broadening your skillset and leveraging industry knowledge across various industries and capabilities.
"Practices" are how we group and organize our solutions and products based on our clients' industry or business function. They're integral to how we win and deliver results to our clients and are a key strategic priority within our firm.
The Knowledge Management (KM) team plays a vital role in leveraging the expertise of our consulting staff, enabling us to achieve outstanding results for our clients. The Senior Specialist supports this effort by engaging with client case teams at both the start and conclusion of cases, addressing questions with Bain's internal knowledge and capturing new insights gained during the process. They also manage existing knowledge, and pinpoint gaps to be addressed by future client case teams.
The role is based in Bain's office in Lisbon and we are working hybrid (your regular presence in the office will be required).
WHAT YOU'LL DO : Equip the global consulting staff with relevant expertise and resource recommendations by mining the existing knowledge base and creating customized client-ready materials.Collaborate with practice team members to build expertise and lead the capture and sharing of the practice knowledge base as well as new product development within a specific industry or solution.Contribute to the development and execution of the practice strategy by analyzing practice performance, supporting practice meetings, and preparing experience sharing calls and publications.Use AI tools to accomplish portions of the role.
