Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to be in charge of client engagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.
PERSON SPECIFICATION Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Research expertise.Fluency in English at proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage.Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar).Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level).Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry.KEY RESPONSABILITIES Generating client-facing analysis, reports, and presentations through in-depth research, data analytics, and modeling, as well as researching and generating insightful information from multiple sources.Manage team of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts and their client deliverables.Provide ongoing training and mentoring of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high-profile clients (primary liaison).Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives.Developing and executing business development strategies to expand our client base and services, including direct outreach to potential clients.SKILLS REQUIRED Advanced technical and analytical Research skills.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Ability to lead effectively client engagements and junior team members.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Work and think clearly under pressure.Self-motivation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexible working approach.WHAT WE OFFER Fast-growing company with presence in Porto, Lisbon, London, and Madrid, that works in complex and stimulating projects for sophisticated clients in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.Competitive salary and benefits which vary according to individual performance.Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time.Career Development Plan, Training Programs, and Sponsorship.LGG Advisors aims for a diverse workplace.
