Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire aProject Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to be in charge of clientengagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts.
PERSON SPECIFICATION Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the FinancialServices Industry with strong Research expertise
Fluency in English at proficient level. Previous full-timeeducation taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country ofofficial English language are an advantage
Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance,Business, Economics, or similar)
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel andPowerPoint (advanced level)
Interest in the financial services industry andgood awareness of the industry
KEY RESPONSABILITIES Generating client-facing analysis, reports and presentationsthrough in-depth research, data analytics and modelling, as well as researchingand generating insightful information from multiple sources
Manage team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts andtheir client deliverables
Provide ongoing training and mentoring of Associates, SeniorAnalysts and Analysts
Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profileclients (primary liaison)
Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and theirrepresentatives
Developing and executing business development strategies to expand our client base and services, including direct outreach to potential clients.
