Job Description Family Description Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.
Subfamily Description Knowledge Management (KMA) comprises the application of a multi-disciplinary approach to create, share, use, and manage Nokia's knowledge. Covers provision of strategic direction to implementing services that facilitate learning through knowledge creation and sharing. References back on the latest information systems and innovative solutions to optimise the value, use, and quality of knowledge assets.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Partner with other Knowledge Project Managers to define internal processes;Lead and Support new T&C (KMCD) Programs;Create a plan and lead end to end new Certifications and Curriculums Programs (including Work assignment, Laboratory and question bank);Work with NPI counterparts to deliver product enablement sessions before C5;Support lead developers in their domains and track new product trainings as well as CCRs in MDC;Drive and support Automated Knowledge Transfer;Create and Maintain Knowledge Hubs and Technical Share Points;Manage professors and engage people from different regions and markets;Support Technical articles;Control Certification budget;Create and approve time demands in ERM;Create modules and new Learning Objects in Nokia Learning & Development Hub.Key Skills And Experience Good oral and written communication skills; fluency in English;Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of personal responsibility;High level of self-motivation and maturity;Strong Team player and networking skills;Able to work as part of multi-cultural global team in different time zones;Ability to manage teams from different regions;Organized and able to efficiently manage several projects at the same time;PMP Certified (Project Management Professional) preferred;Familiar with Nokia Learning & Development Hub (administration level);Be familiar with tools - how to use JSM to create, update, maintain tickets, Boards, Dashboards, etc.; Monday.com to track and follow up projects and Confluence to document processes and requirements;Be familiar with Microsoft 365.About Us Come create the technology that helps the world act together Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
