As a Key Account Specialist for Impulse Channel, your mission is to ensure the development of the national Impulse brands for which you are responsible, in compliance with the commercial policy, on the following distribution channels: Gas Stations, Specialty Retailer, Convenience Retail.

Negotiate national agreements: Pricing conditions, counterparts, assortments, planograms, promotional activities, secondary placement, and transversal projects for the Gas Stations, Specialty Retail and Convenience Retail channel.Elaborate the Impulse channel strategy per sub channel (Gas Stations, Specialty Retailer, Convenience Retail) and implement through business reviews and national action plans with customers and our internal field sales team.Grow existing customers and list new ones to increase Red Bull distribution.Guarantee the commercial compliance and strategy of Red Bull Portugal.Grow Red Bull's share at existing customers and ensure Red Bull as category captain with the CATMAN support.Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull and the customer.Play a leading role in sharing strategy and priorities with the Field Sales Force – internal and external.Thoroughly follow up the implementation of negotiated agreements throughout the year via data sharing when available and PSR results.Manage sell in sales and operations forecasts integrating potential stock information or sell out trends in collaboration with the Logistics department.Have ownership of the channel's budget in collaboration with the Finance team.Ensure the implementation of transversal projects with respective departments (Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management).In Coordination with the Trade Marketing team, achieve a perfect execution and right activations at point of sale, preparing the POS placement for your universe.Guarantee a continuous collaboration and alignment with the international teams.Responsible for the perfect running of the internal processes linked to the achievement of your customer's objectives.Succeed in getting all internal stakeholders (account managers, trade marketers, administration, logistics, finance) on board and follow up on all actions to guarantee progress.Show agility and can quickly understand how to overcome obstacles and identify the best way to help achieve goals.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOSMinimum 5-6 years of commercial experience in a consumer goods company.Ideally in the field (sector manager/sales manager) and head office (KAM or Business Developer).Good knowledge and/or strong affinity with the Impulse/Out-of-Home world.Salesperson: good listening, adaptation and prospecting skills to convince his various external and internal interlocutors.Adaptation: Ability to integrate quickly into sometimes very different environments to deal with several types of customers and personalities.Analytics: good level of analysis to accurately understand the dynamics and levers that impact Red Bull and market sales.Curious, young: good ability to take an interest in one's environment.Autonomy, "entrepreneurial" attitude, curiosity to propose new solutions.Leadership and team spirit: ability to build relationships with other departments and international contacts.Fluent in English.LOCAL DE BASELisbon, Portugal
