We are looking for a Key account manager in Portugal who will consistently achieve salestargets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process anddelivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Implementing and management of commercial programmes and agreements to maximisesales benefit within key accounts. Working within allocated budgets and the company's processes. Understanding andappropriate use of pricing and discount structures. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercialthreats and opportunities through market changes. Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to company'sstakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing and finance. Collaboration with stakeholders when making changes to programmes. Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, andsupply teams. Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers,internal and external organisations. Acquisition of new business. Adhering to the company's policies, procedures and GDP Code of Practice. Experience selling to mainline wholesaler, short line wholesaler and large pharmacygroups. Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies. Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer's needs.
