Quem procuramos?
Key Account Manager / IT Local : Lisboa - híbrido (flexível) - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities - Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance - Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all terms and conditions are met - Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to provide clients with the most relevant solutions Valorizamos: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry - Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels - Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques - Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services - Willingness to travel as needed
