Descrição Manage the relationship between the company and KDM and KOLs;Establish and maintain relationships with customer's management structure;Responsible for the global and customer budget;Focus the actions on Value Selling, knowing the product specifications and its impact on the customer health economics;In collaboration with the Application Specialists, ensures that new systems are installed efficiently and brought into routine use as quickly as possible;Articulates the Company's resources (specialists, champions, technical support) for specific projects and problem resolution;Prepare, if needed and requested, product presentation and analysis, including stocks, forecasts and all other relevant information;Help training customers;Leads public tenders and private customer negotiations;Is aware of and report on competitive activities/strategies;Prepare commercial and clinical/technical presentations upon request;Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers, especially clinical customers including Key Opinion Leaders. Perfil ideal Bachelor degree (preferably in Biomedical Engineering or similar);Experience in Healthcare Sales Healthcare (Medical Devices);Knowledge of the medical devices market specially Critical Care area (ICU and OR);Strong customer focus;Great project management skills;Effective team worker;Strong ability to influence at all levels (good communication);Fluency in English is a must, Spanish a plus;Prepared to travel regularly (50% of the time).
