Key Account Manager Lisbon, Portugal Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Understand and anticipate the needs of key clients.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.Prepare and present reports to senior management.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales, and preparing reports for management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing-related field.Relevant, strong experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG food industry.Able to communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Agencies: McCormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
